The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 273(FIN) was automatically in third reading. Senator Ellis rose to a point of order. President Green cautioned members to restrict their remarks to the bill under consideration. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Hoffman was required to vote.
